valley, 6 miles south of Bellingham, WA. The triathlon is a project of the Lake Samish Fire Department.

The Open Water Swim is a 3 mile swim in North Lake Samish. The swim starts and finishes at Camp Lutherwood.

The Try-a-Tri and Sprint Triathlons start and finish on the North Lake at Camp Lutherwood.
